In preparation, please download the My Emergency Dr App from the App Store of Google Play by using the link below. Enter your details and the partner code "CHS". Please familiarise your-self with the App well before your appointment time. We will call you 15 minutes before your appointment to confirm you are ready to connect. http://onelink.to/8st8gw Do not click on link!!! MyEmergencyDr App is an on-demand app and requires payment. ACT Health is using a different App and has a different set of instructions.
