Cold call without a message

Something about a survey.
Hung up when she said that.
Call now blocked.
But I figure they’ll just call again from another number.

called but hung up before i answered (I was googling the number)

Called & didn’t leave a message. Not a number known to me.

I did not answer the call. When I called back, voice message said call cannot be connected.

Keeps ringing and not leaving a message. When i try to call it back, receive an automated message saying my call could not be connected.

Answered and heard nothing for like 5 sec(no background sound either) and then a woman said hello once and hung up.

Call from no-one important obviously! No message left. Blocked them

When i answered it says 'no one is available for your call'
