Caller: credit card fraud Credit card fraud from prostitution ring. Blackmail and extortion. Escort and her brother pretend to be workers and even participate in bookings. Needle track on his and her. Uncapped needles and crystal powder by drinks. Dangerous and I think sick. Very foul smell coming from both. Girl doesn't shower or wash mouth. Bad hygiene. Take photos and black mail me. Took credit card payment but also took id without knowledge. Reported.
