I received this call from the Queensland Police requesting for a $350 donation to support police officers on line of duty. The guy offered a discount one off "donation" of $250. I was skeptical, I requested for an email to be sent through so that our organisation can make a formal donation if we wanted to. Is this not a scam?

I received the same phone call asking for a donation also.
His story was the same as yours, he told me to stay on the phone while I received an email and to reply to the email with "I agree". It also had a website (www.policefootball.com.au). Called the police station and she said it was likely to be a scam, that they have a police football but they wouldn't be calling to collect money.

They have called constantly for a few weeks. So frustrating.

I received a phone call from this number requesting a donation to the Ambulance service. I was skeptical and politely refused, within 2 hours I received 3 text messages about a loan application to an Allanha, FYI I am a man and I am not named Allanha. This appears to be a scam and I would be very wary of this number and the person or persons behind it.

I just recieved a call from this number saying they were from "the ambulance" wanting donations for a big job they were doing in February 2018
