This is 100% a scam text trying to get info and money from you.
Says "Tollway" reminder - one of several I have received from diff. numbers. However, I don't have an account for this. The grammar is also suspect and looks really fake. More scumbag scammers...

Caller: Claiming to be tolls company Got sms today claiming I been on toll road 8 august funny is that I never even used toll road or even have a car but told me I need add my money to pay it manually
