Caller: Someone claiming to be from the "NBN" Lots of background noise and I think they were speaking a non-English language for the first few seconds. When the woman started speaking English, it was slow. First sentence: "Hello, I'm calling from the NBN, okay?" It seemed scammy so I hung up.
