No message left and when I called back it was hold music saying ‘your call is important to us, please continue to hold’

Piece of sh*t scammers

Phone only rang a couple of times before they hung up. Number displayed as 'Potential Fraud'. Reading other comments here makes me think it is one of those scams where calling them back will be charged at premium rates, & they pocket the $$$, ripping off people who call back.

I was just called. I said hello then waited for them to speak with absolute silence on my part. They get the message and hang up. Number blocked.

Caller: Information australia

I believe this is a scam. Called saying they are checking if I’m eligible for something based on my working status. I think the company she said she was calling from was ‘information australia’ or similar

I just had a call from this number - it didn't come up as a potential fraud surprisingly.
I never answer numbers I don't recognize - Googled then blocked.

But If you do answer these calls don’t speak coz they could be recording your voice to use for there purpose and to scam you other ways
