Called with recorded message that Amazon were going to debit my account for $99 as my Amazon Prime subscription needed to be renewed. I don't have this subscription. There was an option of pressing 1 to speak with a human. I did and spoke with a heavily accented Indian male who stated that he would send to my phone a cancellation form. Advised that I don't have a subscription and he hung up.
