#Scam Website. The Url is green according to Google safe browsing, but redirects to abc.voyager, made to look like ABC news website. full of quick cash offers/articles. links have my details (full name,mobile) embedded in them when hovering over them

I get these as well

Caller: Scammer

Sent text message saying "(my name) I Owe You an Apology! This was supposed to be ready for you yesterday. Here it is: (shady link)"

Caller: Caller uses multiple numbers.

Got 2 texts from different numbers with same message, prompting you to click the link. Message is about responding to a final notice. It's def a scam. Block and delete! They use many numbers.
