Said he was calling from the NBN and they had been monitoring my speeds over the last few days and they were slow. He could help me upgrade to optical and a faster speed. I asked what speeds they had monitored and what they could be upgraded to. I advised him the upgrade speeds he mentioned were not currently possible in Australia. He hung up.
