Seems to be a scammer. Called accountants pretending to be the owner of a business that doesn't belong to them.

Yeah, the guy has a thick accent and tried to get me to lodge an activity statement by pretending to be another person.

Caller: Caller said he is Peter Ronald Morahan The caller mentioned his accountant is not picking his calls and want to get his GST done. When asked for proof of ID check, he said he is in hospital with broken leg. When asked for his accountants contact details to send ethical letter, the caller disappeared
