Caller: I called them, they did not call me. Supposedly from Norton Antivirus Software. This is the number I called after I was apparently charged for software I didn't order, but the amount in excess of $300 had apparently been taken out of my bank account. Deep Indian accent and I was told I had to have my computer on and would have to make a 'special refund request' to get my money reimbursed. I did not go ahead with the conversation. PLEASE BE CAREFUL
