Usually blocks the caller ID but one time they forgot. Pretends to be from Child Services and claims there was a complaint about noise, or that they are a neighbour and that I kicked their dog. There seems to be 3 people making these calls, a man who tries to fake indian/greek accents, a younger lady, and a grizzly old woman or gay man.
