Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra Said had to check out computer to see if hackers had done something to laptop to get it ready for NBN. Convinced person to make changes to their computer before was discovered. Spent several hours making changes to the laptop. They installed portable software so that they control the laptop and possibly deleted the antivirus software.

Claiming to be Telstra saying there was a problem with my internet to fix it I would need to delete a file I hung up

Caller: 0449 280 866 called me today saying my computer is infected, asked me to visit any desk.com.I didn't go ahead. BE CAREFULL.THEY ARE CRIMINALS
