Caller: Recording I answered and a recorded message says they are calling from DHA Australia and they have tried many times but failed, then says oush 1 for English or 2 for Chinese when i failed to choose an option the call was cut out, when i called back a person answered and he had no idea so for sure a scammed call and using someones number
