Caller: Claims to be from NBN technical This is a scam. They tell you your internet speed should be higher and they can help you fix it. They then try to get remote access to your desktop. When I asked how they could improve my speed as I am not an NBN customer and access my internet through 4g and that I thought they were a scam they hung up!!
