I got a text message from this number telling me that: "COVID-19: You have recently been in close proximity with someone who is infected. Please order a free test kit now at: https://..." I typed the link into my PC web browser only to receive the message "Hello visitor welcome" in bold capitals - and that was it. I would recommend that you don't click on the link if you get this message on your mobile phone. I suspect that it's a hack or phishing attack.
