Caller: Visa/Mastercard Fraud department (fake) I didn't know the fraud department from visa/Mastercard called up innocent victims and then extorted money from them. And thanks are due to the govenment regulator WHO DOESN'T CARE A DAMN. Thanks ACMA. Go sell off spectrum, it's all you are good for. Yes you have your political masters to thank.
