Caller: Text allegedly from the ATO Received an SMS from this number claiming to be the ATO, in regards to a tax refund. Was given a strange link with no further information or email correspondence. Didn’t open as it was likely a scam.

Claims to be ATO, and that they want to give me money. They provide a link which I assume provides them remote access to your phone so they can hijack it to scam other people.
Alternatively, it could be an Identity theft scam.
