Message is toll etag scam.
Says: "Alert: Payment declined. Avoid late fees by paying toll bill at https://link.farilt.date/my promptly. Thanks!"
Linkt (not 'link' ^) says on their website: "Legitimate overdue toll notice reminder emails or SMS’ from Linkt for travel on these toll roads will refer you to the Linkt website (linkt.com.au/late) or the Linkt mobile app"
