This number is being used by Scammers. Do Not Open the link, it puts a virus on your mobile phone.

Getting numerous, at least 1 a day, text message from different mobile numbers each with major spelling issues or combination of numbers and letters and each one with a website address attached. DO NOT TRY GOING TO THE WEBSITES THOUGH. I'm blocking all of these numbers but wondering where they are from and what is their purpose. e.g. New message from servive prdvider: https://arheo.ro/h.php?d91ju5h73.
All the messages from numerous mobile numbers have php? in the web address they are trying to get you to connect to.
