On answering call from this mobile number, there was a recorded messaged saying it was from DHL Parcel Non-Delivery Service in China and that this was the Final Notice, and to press whatever number for more info. I missed which number I was to press and pressed 1, wherein the call was answered by a Chinese speaking person. When I asked if they spoke English, they fumbled and hung up on me. It seems that Spam Calls from Foreign Countries have just escalated to a new level with the Chinese now getting in on the act...
