I answered, sounded like a call centre then they hung up. Rang it back, message said it was not accepting incoming calls.

Did not leave a message, when I called it, got voice recording saying 'the mobile phone you have called is currently not accepting incoming calls'.

It's high time the authorities address these continual spam or scam calls aimed at unsuspecting Australians.
The government has a duty to protect the aged... the vulnerable and cultures here who are not able to fully protect themselves.
Each phone/computer has an IP address signature and the technology is available to track down the this scum on our society.
Would be a great industry for some time contract to government.
