Rang me left voicemail saying f off

Some scumbag claiming they want my permission to use a video on their website, then a link to malware.
I thought this scam was just about finished, but in the last week I've been surfing a new wave of multiple dodgy text messages every day. If it isn't covid, it is scum trying to scam people. Stop the world, I want to get off.
