Recorded voice message told me my internet has been used for illegal downloading. Press 1 to speak to an agent. I pressed 1. Agent told me my internet has been used for illegal downloading and my internet will be disconnected. I asked the lady to give me some info about my internet service. I asked for the name of my ISP, my name, address but she could provide no detail and then hung up on me
