Recorded message saying "Your card has just been charged $399. This is #*&#%" (Couldn't hear what the company name was). "Press 1 if you don't want this to happen and you want to speak to someone". I pressed 1 and spoke with a lady who asked if I want to charge this to the card. I said no and she asked if I was sure. She wouldn't answer where she was from - possibly ebay plus? When I questioned her and said no, she hung up on me.
