Definitely a suspicious caller, I answered and it was a recording in an American voice notifying it was the Dept of Home Affairs and there is a warrant out for my arrest etc etc. I hung up, hid my caller ID and phoned back the number, after clicking and rustling sounds, what sounded like a young, female answered the phone, and when I told her that I had just missed a call from her number and asked who's number this was, she told me she hadn't made any phone calls today.
