Caller: CREDIT CORP THEY ARE fos and purchased personal information &details from Major bank ANZ who sold after being customer since 1985 & sold to Baycorp & then again to now credit corp. Don't bother with as they both have breached PRIVACY ACT 1988.. and would recommend if the same has happened to others by BANKS/Debt collectors it would be worth enquiring into a CLASS ACTION. for all harrassing and calls for 10+years...BANKS should be held to account for everyones personal details just used to sell CR products. We wrote letters to all Debt collectors after paying for 7-25+yrs. AND RECEIVED NO REPLY!!!
