Caller: Wine Concierge Purchased wine from Wine concierge previously and have received numerous calls followed up by texts, and if you purchase, they tend to try and push and push and push some more to sell you more wine even if you make it quite clear that you would not like to. Overbearing, and would be better off making repeat customers, by taking the time to listen to a persons tone, when responding, that they are serious, when they say they do not wish to purchase more. I suggest to anyone receiving these calls... don't answer, and block the number if you do not wish to be exposed to super-pushy sale tactics.
