It is a scam, purporting to be Linkt, toll operator in QLD, NSW, VIC. Linkt acknowledge that their name is being used by scammers

Scam message at 12:53 am ie in the middle of the night, purporting to be from linkt regarding unpaid tolls. I reside in Adelaide, have not travelled interstate in the last 10 years so could not have incurred tolls in QLD, NSW or VIC where linkt operate. Linkt’s own web site acknowledges that there is a scam operating using linkt’s nam. This scam has accordingly been reported as a scam.
