looks like a scam - Text message is "You didn't process your toll invoice via email in time and it is overdue click (link) to pay. Thanks you for the props action. Note the typo - props

I agree-just after I paid car rego got a msg(early am next day) telling me it didnt go through,even tho i'd got a reply from service
