Received message claiming to be from Cancer Council Victoria. Number not listed in the contacts on their website. We aren’t based in Victoria and I’ve never had contact with this organization.

Usual survey request. Message received below:

“You are invited to take part in an important public health survey for the Cancer Council Victoria. Reply '1' if you live in Victoria, '2' if you live in another state or '3' to opt out. The Social Research Centre will be in touch in the coming days. For further information call SRC on 1800 023 040. Thank you.”
