We were in business with them originally and they skimmed money, used our staff on projects that they'd set up on an almost identical business name, used company accounts to buy supplies for said business and took all the money made for that business. When we found out, they STOLE all the money from the company bank account - including money that was there for wages and superannuation, STOLE a truck, excavator, buckets, right down to brooms. EVERYTHING. Police did nothing, so we lost our home when we were then forced into liquidation. We've since learned that Robert John Munro (google him) set his ex wife up as a Director of his company in NZ, then took off with Charlene and left her with company debts. He made all the assets disappear and when the company went into liquidation, he got away free. He has a track record. The man is scum. I think she was naiive and abused.
