Believe this to be a scam call, claiming to offer a 50% discount on Telstra, but requiring you to advise them of your Microsoft account password reset code, presumably, so they can reset your password and take control of your Microsoft account.

Scam caller pretending to be from Telstra Billing department, when we said it wasn't us as we had no Telstra accounts she still tried to scam me by saying "send me the authentication code you will receive to your email address" and she would remove me from their call list.

Claiming to give 50% off Telstra bill, if that’s the case, why don’t they just give an automatic reduction. Sounds fishy to me, I don’t think so
