Caller: HENRY FROM NUTECH Tried to get to the purchasing officer by asking for someone who left the company 3 years ago... said they "requested a quote"...I say "you've taken a long time to get back to him then!!!" He responds with "oh, someone else requested a quote..." and I ask "well, what is his name then?" and he decides it is all too much for him and he said he'd ring back with the info... yeah, mate, you do that!
