Caller: Telstra Billing. A female supposed to be from Telstra Billing called partners mobile. Told her he couldn't hear clearly and hang up. Person rang back; but he did not answer. Checked number got usual message: the number you have called is not available, please check the number etc etc. Have blocked. Getting way too many of these nuisance calls plus dodgy emails.
