Caller: McGrath Projects (supposedly) Had an SMS stating "McGrath Projects invites you to get Insights (sic) into the Gold Coast Property Market this Saturday 14 July at 3pm in Edgecliff.
Where is the smart money from Sydney going? 5.5% rental yields, 1% vacancy, 2bed/2bath from $409k.
Don't wait for QLD market to peak, capital growth is made on the way up, and that is Now.

I suspect a scam due to the bit.ly web address (bit.ly is almost certainly a scam. Be careful with this one guys - I doubt a legit organisation like McGraths would have a bit.ly address, or contact someone they don't know via a troll SMS message.
