Caller: Hi is name Junior He says on his website that he is a building and pets inspection specialist. I contacted him to do a comprehensive inspection, he charged me $550, came for a 30-minute inspection, and charged me $1650 again. He did not return my payment or give me the report, and he does not answer the phone or respond to texts. The name of the company is BIVIC buildinginspectorsvic.

Caller: BIVIC - Junior Junior came and did a roof inspection for me which I paid for in full ($750.00) later that day after the inspection he said he can give me a full report for an extra $1,550.00. I said I just wanted the report for the roof tiles. He never sent the report, didn't answer my calls or emails. His office number is fake, and his office address is fake. He WILL come to site, you will never get what you paid for. Beware of this Scam artist.
