Caller: Richard Morren Can’t find if this number is legit. He purchased something off Gumtree and paid by PayPal. $40. However I feel sure that it is part of a scam but don’t know how. “Richard “ did ring me and I recognised ( maybe incorrectly) his voice immediately from a RABO bank term deposit scam I got involved with a few years ago and also from false advertising invoice scams from almost 40 years ago!
