This caller was a recorded message that played the second I answered the phone, and it was rambling on in Chinese. I have had a number of calls from scammers with the prefix starting with 0438 so this, coupled with the fact it was a recorded message is a pretty strong candidate for being a scam call. They were most likely trying to scam Chinese Australians who don't know any better and have difficulty knowing whats legit and whats not in a new country. If you get this call, block them. Just wasting everyone's time.
