Hey Guys i didn't know he was a con until i typed his name into Google search. He has stolen multiple sums of monies from numerous IGA stores across WA promising Websites, rewards sites, point of sale etc. always came up with some excuse when i contacted him. Luckily i changed website providers did not want to deal with him any more, but would like to find him, he stole 10,000 from the business account.

I would suggest that you take the remittances to the police and report him for fraud. So far we have only been able to get him on civil matters. If he has produced fraudulent remittances this is a criminal offence and you should treat it as such. The police will take this a lot more seriously than him just owing money to various people.
Alternatively you can report his fraudulent activities to the CBA. I encourage you take the necessary action as this scum bag has got away with ripping people off for too long.

I have over 60 emails and a similar number of text messages promising payment but he doesn't and never will. A professional scum bag! And, I know of a number of other businesses (both clients and suppliers of his) that are being screwed. Until someone finds a way of cracking down on this drop kick, he will continue to get away with what can only be described as stealing.

Let me assure all victims of this scumbag that justice will come to him and everyone that enables him to keep conning people. This includes his supporters at IGA. And yes, there are still those that continue to pay him despite knowing everything about his thieving behaviour. Says as much about their morals and ethics as it does about him. Unfortunately the wheels of justice do move slowly but there are actions in the background that will directly impact on him and those that continue to do business with him and his various companies - Marked, Indecat etc. I. Never. Give. Up.

How is that the victims of dropkicks like this never seem to get justice?
After reading these posts I feel lucky he owes me less than $800, but it still hurts.
