Caller: Janet 'Janet' rang our AirBnB looking for accommodation for extended periods either side of Xmas but declined to book through AirBnB, which is our only option due to insurance issues, and wanted to pay cash. Her reason was 'I never pay anything online, too risky' - makes me wonder how she pays for things day-to-day?
