Fake Origin text don’t text back or call. It shows incorrect information ie customer name and account number.

Caller: Energy Aust

SMS saying that they noticed I'd prefer to receive info about my electricity account by email so they are switching me from paper bills to eBills. To opt out of receiving eBills just reply NO. They had the correct account number so I suspect it is a legitimate SMS. However I have never opted to cancel ANY paper bills in favour of emails. I prefer paper bills so I always have a handy reminder of the bill. SMSes are too easily discarded or not noticed. I will now get onto Energy Aust and emphasise paper bills.
