Caller: Novus Auto Glass Received the below message via text... 'Hi please call Novus Auto Glass on (08) 9248 0000 regarding your insurance claim number 11869111. Thankyou'. I also received a call from the land line...The thing is, I don't have a claim with this Novus Auto Glass.
