Caller: Scammer - Comm bank

alled pretending to call from Comm bank. Said possible fraud transaction on my account to transfer funds to California has been attempted. Will try and help me to cancel the transaction and secure my phone. Went through steps for Security update on Commbank app. Then asked me to download Zoho Customer Assist app on my phone. At this point I refused to download, asked for more information on the transaction and if they are cancelling it or not. The lady kept on changing her replies, said they have cancelled the transaction and also said they will release the transaction and bank is not responsible, in the same conversation. Asked to give their phone number and how can I reach her department and her reply were very vague. Asked her to stop bulsh*tting and she replied back with expletives that Commbank would never do and then disconnect the phone. Tried to call back the number and it says it is not accepting incoming calls
