VirginMoney: It is important we speak to you on a suspicious credit card transaction(s). Please call Virgin Money card security on 1300 221 642, If you are using an overseas number please call us on (02) 8225 0838.
I called the number and was asked to verify myself giving my mothers maiden name. I refused to do so, and then called Virgin through their contact number on my home page.
They were very helpful and we resolved the issue. It wasn't a scam call and they were calling by mistake regarding a previous amount which we cleared previously over the phone
