Caller: Telemarketer using text messages Offers a "good" discount on some item (heat pump/ solar panels/ batteries/ etc etc) then if you don't respond, sends a later text, where he apologises and "withdraws" offer. I'm expecting a possible even "better offer" to arrive later.
