This is phishing spam. Should be reported to police.

Just got the same sms spam saying - suspicious credit card activity - purporting to be from St George.

Same thing happened this keening. Banks do not do this. Be aware guys !!

Phishing Scam purporting to be from St George re credit card activity. I don't have an account with St George.

Got this message too:

"Unusual credit card activitiy is noted. Please confirm your personal data otherwise we will be forced to blocked it. https://security-support-stgeorge/cgi"

I've actually only had my current number for a few weeks, and I've received seemingly legitimate SMS's from eBay and Domino's, so I'm guessing someone did actually have this number previously, if that's possible? But this message supposedly from St George did seem suspicious.

this is a scam. do not click any of the links in the message

I got the same sms with a link. But this time it is relating to ANZ. I don't use phone banking at all. However I had to install the ANZ Sheild app on Monday, and now I got this message. I wonder if there is any spy software somewhere?

I don't have an account with St George. Tried to call the number but just get the automated response that the person is not available.

Didn't even open it. Deleted it immediately. Banks don't send SMS messages about account suspension. Checked all my accounts online through normal internet banking and they are fine. Obvious scam.
