Caller: Anonymous - Legal

I had a phone call that sounded automated stating that there was going to be legal proceedings against me in the Federal Court as there was suspicious activity in my bank account and tax information. It asked me to press '1' to hear further information. I hung up and took down the mobile telephone number. I called the number back from an alternative number and a man answered - unidentified - I said I had a missed call from the number and wanted to know who it was from - he said it wasn't from him and that he may have called if it was for a business. Sounds very sketchy and wanted to advise and warn others
