Scam! This number sent me a fake warning about an overdue toll invoice and a pathetic threat to resctrict travel in hopes it will get me to click their silly little link. The full text reads: "Please note that your toll invoice is past due and you will need to visit: {SILLY LINK} to pay. Otherwise, your travel will be restricted." It's a scam.
